This St Gervais studio apartment is in wonderful spot of St Gervais and located in a delightful residence directly on the piste, only 5 minutes walk to the main telecabine Bettex (or 2 minute ski down) and 8 minutes walk to St Gervais centre. You can be skiing Megeve in minutes! Despite its location, it is set in its own grounds, slightly above the town therefore enjoys peaceful surroundings. The basement includes a secure ski locker and there is general external parking just outside. The apartment offers spectacular views up the valley towards the Mont Blanc Massif. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and cupboard storage full of utensils. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, plus seating for four around a wooden table. There is a TV, CD and DVD all-in-one player. The French window opens out on to a sunny south west facing balcony with view of the Mont Blanc massif! The coin de montagne area is a separate that contains two full size bunk beds - ideal for kids to hideaway at night or those wanting peace with achy legs! The sofa bed converts to a full size double. The bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and cupboard plus a separate WC. We have another apartment identical to this in the chalet residence for rent. This is absolute idea accommodation for a group or family of four (it is small but cheap), wanting to be central with the ease of the slopes only being across the grass.
